Legal definition and identification of SavoNaturel
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of SavoNaturel and the customer during an online transaction. Therefore the consumer is required to fully accept entirely the terms and conditions set out in this document.
There are two contractual documents contained in this web-site: the terms and conditions; and the purchase order. In the event of a dispute these will be referred to.
The terms and conditions come into effect on the date of signature of a purchase order.
The “double click" of the consumer on the purchase button equates to an electronic signature, which constitutes the same value as a hand written signature.
Records created and preserved, under reasonable conditions of safety, through SavoNaturel will be regarded as evidence of communication; for example, orders and payments.
Description of our products
SavoNaturel presents products to be sold on this web site as clearly as possible. Our descriptions and photographs are to provide our customers with the essential characteristics of the products and a clear idea of what is being sold.
The offers presented by SavoNaturel are valid only within the limit of available stocks.
Delivery charges.
Prices displayed next to products do not take account delivery charges. Delivery is calculated and added before the final validation of the order.
Methods of payment and delivery
SavoNaturel reserves the right to refuse to despatch any order before full payment has been made.
An order will be despatched up to 3 days after the order is placed and full payment received. In the case of the unavailability of a product ordered the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The client will then have the choice to ask either for a refund, or an alternate product.
Products are delivered to the address given by the client on the order. SavoNaturel will send you an email when your purchase has been despatched. It’s the customers responsibility to check the state of the goods received and to announce any damage, to SavoNaturel, within one week of reception. Likewise, if the product does not conform to your expectations, this should be reported within seven days of reception. Any complaint sent after this time will be rejected.
If your delivery does not arrive, we ask you to tell us by telephone or by email as soon as possible. We will then contact the Post office to initiate an investigation. A postal investigation takes up to 21 days from the date of reporting the problem. During this time, if the product is found, it will be forwarded immediately to your residence (majority of the cases). If on the other hand the product is not found at the conclusion of the 21 day investigation, the Post office regards the parcel as lost. It is only at this time that we can provide you a substitute product, at our expense. If the ordered product is no longer available, we would offer a refund or the option of an alternative product. If the products are still available, but selling prices have changed on the site, we would apply the new selling prices, either by refunding you the difference by cheque, or by requiring a complementary cheque relating to the difference. We decline any responsibility for lengthening of the delivery period because of the courier, in particular in the event of loss of the products or strike.

To be accepted, any return will have to be declared to SavoNaturel before it is sent.
This information is presented in English and the client states to have full legal capacity and ability to understand these terms and conditions.
Neither SavoNaturel or the client; will have failed in their contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, blocked or prevented by a fortuitous occurrence or a major force. In the event of such a problem it is up to SavoNaturel and the client to work out a resolution and complete the contract.
The right to use the SavoNaturel web site is granted on a purely nonexclusive and personal basis, in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property Rights. The consumer has the rights of reproduction exclusively for personal use. In any event, the author of the web site and the producer of the articles displayed within the site preserve intellectual property rights on the work and ask visitors to respect these rights.
